This is a broadband high-power RF amplifier module engineered with advanced Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, designed to meet the demands of modern wireless communication and testing applications. Operating across the 0.5–6GHz frequency range, it delivers up to 100W of saturated output power and 51dB gain, with outstanding linearity and low harmonic distortion, making it capable of handling continuous wave, pulsed signals, and wide instantaneous bandwidth modulated waveforms with high efficiency.
This GaN power amplifier is ideally suited for 5G, LTE, and WiFi systems, where it enhances signal coverage and transmission quality. In EMC testing environments, its high output power and excellent spectral purity make it an ideal choice for radiated immunity and conducted emission tests. Additionally, the amplifier is widely used in military communications, electronic warfare, radar, and satellite communication systems that require broad bandwidth and high reliability.
The module features a forced-air cooling system, operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +55°C, and boasts an IP67 waterproof rating, ensuring durability in harsh conditions. It includes comprehensive protection mechanisms such as over-temperature, over-current, and over-VSWR protection, safeguarding the amplifier during operation. Control and power supply are facilitated through a D-Sub connector, supporting remote enable/disable and real-time status monitoring for easy system integration.
