100W 0.5-2.7GHz Solid State RF Power Amplifier Module

This solid state power amplifier covers 500MHz-2.7GHz with 100W saturated output power and 50±2dB gain. It features 1.5:1 max VSWR and 50Ω impedance. Equipped with dedicated interfaces, it supports current, temperature detection and enable control, operating at -30℃~+65℃ for various RF applications.

    This 0.5–2.7GHz 100W solid state power amplifier features a typical saturated output power of 100W, power gain of 50±2dB and maximum gain flatness of ±2dB. With 50Ω impedance, its maximum input and output VSWR is 1.5:1, and the maximum lossless input power is +5dBm. It works on 28–32V DC with a maximum operating current of 15A. Equipped with SMA-F input and N-F output, it adopts D-Sub 7W2 for power and control, supporting current detection, temperature detection and LVTTL enable control. Measuring 170×94×26.5mm and weighing less than 1000g, it operates and stores at -30℃~+65℃ with 5%~95% non-condensing humidity. Designed to withstand altitude, vibration and shock, it is widely used in various RF systems.
