ZDTECH 10-13GHz 100W GaN RF power amplifier delivers minimum 100W saturated power and 50dB gain with low harmonics and spurs. Built-in over-temperature and over-current auto protection, 28VDC supply, 50Ω matched ports, compact size for EMC test and signal jamming applications.

    The model ZD-PA10000-13000-100 is a multi octave high power amplifier operating between 10000MHz and 13000MHz and offering a wide dynamic Range with 100 Watts min saturated power. The employment of gallium nitride (GaN) and chip-and-wire technology in manufacturing ensures this module state-of-the-art power performance with excellent power-to-volume ratio. It is ideal for jamming, EMC, test and measurement applications.The module is equipped with alarm functions for over temperature and over current,which will shuts down automatically under these conditions.
