This product is a 100/200W power amplifier module operating in 13.75GHz to 15GHz frequency band, supporting CW, pulsed signals and various RF modulated signals. It has output power ≥50-53dBm, typical gain 57dB, power flatness ±2dB, spurious suppression ≤-65dBc, input VSWR ≤1.5, and working efficiency ≥20%. The module is equipped with power amplifier enable control, over-temperature protection and RF output open-circuit protection, with RS485 communication and temperature monitoring and reporting. RF input is SMA-50KFD connector, output is WR75 grooved connector, power and control adopt J30J series special connectors respectively, with supply voltage +28V. The main structure is made of 6061 aluminum alloy and T2 electrolytic copper, with electroless nickel plating and natural color conductive anodizing treatment. Dimensions are 210mm×222mm×34mm, weight less than 4kg, operating temperature -40℃ to +55℃, suitable for stable use in RF communication, test and measurement and signal amplification systems.
