2-6GHz 100W RF Wideband Power Amplifier

This product is a 100W broadband power amplifier module operating in the 2GHz to 6GHz frequency band, supporting CW, pulsed signals and various RF modulated signals. It has output power of 50dBm, typical gain 52dB, power flatness ±2dB, efficiency ≥25%, excellent harmonic and spurious suppression performance, and input VSWR ≤1.5. The module integrates real-time monitoring of voltage, current, temperature, forward power and reverse power, and supports multiple protection mechanisms against overvoltage, overcurrent, over-temperature and VSWR abnormality. It adopts RS422/RS485 serial communication and can interact with host computer through proprietary protocol. The RF input uses SMA-50KFD connector, RF output uses N-50KFD connector, power and control are integrated into J30J-21ZKN connector. The operating voltage is +28V, typical quiescent current is 2A. The main structure is made of AL6061 aluminum alloy and T2 copper with chemical plating surface treatment, weight less than 1kg, operating temperature -40℃ to +55℃, suitable for broadband communication, test and measurement, RF drive and signal amplification applications.
