0.5-3.5GHz 80W Wideband Power Amplifier Module
This product is an 80W wideband power amplifier module operating in 0.5GHz to 3.5GHz frequency band, supporting CW, pulsed signals and various RF modulated signals. It features output power ≥49dBm, typical gain 50dB, power flatness ±2dB, efficiency ≥25%, excellent harmonic and spurious suppression, and input VSWR ≤1.5. The module has built-in over-temperature detection, which triggers alarm and cuts off drain power when temperature exceeds 95℃. It adopts SMA RF input, N-type RF output, D-Sub 9-pin male for power and control, and +28V supply voltage. The main structure is made of AL6061 aluminum alloy and T2 copper with chemical plating, weight less than 1kg, operating temperature -40℃ to +55℃, suitable for wideband communication, test and measurement, RF drive and signal amplification applications.
