X-band 8.5-9.6GHz Transceiver Power Amplifier Module

This is an X-band 8.5–9.6 GHz pulse transceiver module. TX output power ≥40W, spurious ≤60 dBc. RX noise figure <4dB, image rejection ≥60 dBc. With high-isolation RF switch and digital IF attenuator, it provides full protection against overheat, overvoltage, overcurrent, VSWR and open antenna, ideal for radar and communication systems.

    This is an X-band 8.5–9.6 GHz pulse transceiver module. TX supports 0.1–200μs pulse width, 20% duty cycle, ≥40W output power via N-type connector, pulse droop ≤0.5dB, spurious ≤60dBc. RX features noise figure <4dB, image rejection ≥60dBc, gain 20–60dB adjustable. Equipped with high-isolation RF switch and RS422 controlled attenuator, it provides full protection against overheat, overvoltage, overcurrent, VSWR and open antenna, suitable for radar, EW and broadband communication systems.
