1100-1700MHz 200-250W Power Amplifier DDS Module
This power amplifier module operates within 1100-1700MHz and works on 28-32V DC. It delivers typical 200W CW output with output current ranging from 15 to 22A, featuring 55dB maximum gain and gain flatness ≤3dB across the full band. With 38% average efficiency, it has input VSWR ≤2 and can withstand input power up to 10dBm. Equipped with RS485 for real-time monitoring of voltage, current, temperature and RF output power, it uses SMA input, N-type output and XT30PW-M power connector. It runs reliably at -40℃~+55℃ and is widely applied in various RF transmission systems.
