This product is a 10W 24.25-27.5GHz power amplifier and VCO integrated module, designed specifically for RF signal amplification scenarios. Its saturated output power reaches 40±1.5dBm, with a maximum flatness of ±1.5dB and gain flatness <±1.5dB, which can effectively ensure the stability of signal amplification; it supports real-time monitoring of temperature, voltage and current, enabling timely feedback of operating status. Both input and output VSWR are <1.5:1, with an impedance of 50Ω, providing excellent matching performance; the power on/off time is <10us for fast response, and the TTL control voltage is 0/3.3~5V (default 0V for power off). The product operates at 28V/2.5A, with a temperature resistance range of -40℃ to +60℃, adapting to various environments; it has a maximum size of 150±0.1mm×100±0.1mm×20±0.1mm and a weight ≤1kg, combining compact size and lightweight advantages, while the non-harmonic spurs are >60dBc, ensuring high signal purity.
