50W 6-8GHz Wideband Power Amplifier
This 50W wideband power amplifier module operates from 6000MHz to 8000MHz based on GaN chip technology. It delivers saturated output power ≥50W and power gain ≥47dB with gain flatness of 47±2dB. The input return loss is ≤-10dB, harmonics at rated power ≤-12dBc and spurious signals ≤-60dBc, with standard 50Ω input and output impedance matching
It is powered by DC +28V (24~32V wide voltage range) and draws 8A DC current at full power, with maximum safe input drive ≤+10dBm and withstands 3:1 full-phase load VSWR. Built-in over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current protection circuits shut down the unit automatically at 85°C, with RS485 serial communication supported. It adopts SMA-K RF input, N-K RF output and D-Sub7W2 mixed power connector. Measuring 170×94×26.5mm and weighing 1.5kg with alloy iridite surface finish, it works stably at -30℃~+55℃ and stores at -40℃~+65℃, widely applied in EMC testing, RF jamming signal generation and broadband measurement systems.
