20W Electronic Fence RF Transceiver Amplifier Module

B20 20W Electronic Fence RF Amplifier Module integrates PA and LNA. It operates at 791-821MHz for TX and 832-862MHz for RX. It provides 43±1dBm output power, 50±1dB gain with 1dB step and ALC. The receiver has noise figure ≤1.8dB. Powered by DC+28V with RS485 monitoring, standard interfaces and wide temperature range, it delivers stable performance for electronic fence, wireless communication and signal enhancement.

The B20 20W Electronic Fence RF Amplifier Module integrates transmitting PA and receiving LNA. It operates at 791–821MHz for TX and 832–862MHz for RX. The module provides 43±1dBm output power, 50±1dB gain with ≥25dB adjustment range and 1dB step, ALC, ACPR≤-45dBc, EVM≤5%. The receiver features 25±1dB gain, noise figure≤1.8dB, in-band fluctuation≤2.0dB, VSWR≤1.5. Powered by DC+28V with RS485 monitoring, standard MCX/SMA interfaces, operating at -25~+55℃, it delivers stable performance for electronic fence, wireless communication and signal coverage systems.
