300W 500-6000MHz Broadband RF Power Amplifier Module
This broadband power amplifier module covers 500-6000MHz, powered by 32V DC with typical 300W CW output and operating current of 28-32A, achieving 22% average efficiency at full power. It features 58dB maximum gain, gain flatness ≤7dB and input VSWR ≤2, with maximum safe input power up to 10dBm. Fitted with two parallel XT60PW-M power connectors and RS485 communication port for real-time monitoring of voltage, current, temperature and RF output power. With SMA RF input and N-type output, it measures 300×300×30mm and weighs 6kg, operating stably from -40℃ to +55℃, widely applied in broadband RF testing, signal transmission and electromagnetic simulation equipment.
