X‑Band 50W Single‑Channel Pulsed TRM for Radar Communication

This X‑band single‑channel 50W pulsed T/R module is designed for phased‑array radars. It integrates transmit amplification, receiving LNA, amplitude‑phase control and protection circuits for pulse operation. Featuring wide‑temperature stability and compact size, it ensures reliable RF performance for radar and communication systems.

    This X-band single-channel TRM module operates at 8.5~9.5GHz, delivering saturated output power ≥47dBm (about 50W) with high gain, high power added efficiency and low harmonic suppression. It supports pulse width from 0.5 to 300μs, phase shifter settling time within 150ns, and features VSWR below 1.8 with high transmit-receive isolation. Compact at 120×100×10mm and under 500g, equipped with standard BMA/SMA connectors, it integrates transmit amplification, low-noise reception and amplitude-phase control, ideal for phased array radar and RF detection systems.
