300W 6~18GHz Ultra-Wideband Microwave Power Amplifier Module

This 6–18GHz 300W ultra-wideband microwave amplifier operates on AC 220V, delivering over 300W output at 6-17.5GHz with minimum 55dB gain and 0.2μs-DC pulse modulation. It features 85℃ over-temperature protection and RS422 remote control with forced air cooling, suitable for wideband microwave testing, radar and RF interference simulation.

    This 6~18GHz 300W ultra-wideband microwave power amplifier module is powered by AC 220V with maximum power consumption ≤3000W. It provides over 300W output power at 6-17.5GHz and over 250W at 17.5-18GHz, with minimum gain of 55dB and ±3.5dB gain flatness, input VSWR ≤2.0. Typical second harmonic is -15dBc, spurious suppression ≤-60dBc under linear operation, and forward coupling is 40±4dB.

    It supports pulse modulation ranging from 0.2μs to DC with rise/fall edges shorter than 100ns and PIN switch response ≤100ns, achieving 0.5dB power stability within 24 hours. RS422 remote communication enables power switching, power adjustment and status feedback, while over-temperature protection activates at 85℃. Equipped with forced air cooling, stainless steel SMA input/coupling ports and WRD500 waveguide output, it measures 380×300×250mm and weighs ≤25kg, widely applied in radar simulation, wideband microwave testing and RF interference simulation.
