5700-5900MHz 100W RF Power Amplifier Module with White Noise Source
ZDTECH 5700-5900MHz 100W RF power amplifier with default Gaussian white noise, and supports comb spectrum, OFDM, LFM multi-modulation modes. It provides 100W saturated output power with ±1.5dB gain flatness and excellent harmonic & spurious performance. With 24~32V wide voltage supply , it has integrated over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current protection circuits, 50Ω output impedance. Compact and lightweight, it is widely used in RF testing and interference signal simulation.
