100W 5100-5300MHz RF Power Amplifier Module with Built-in White Noise Source Multi-band PA
ZDTECH RF power amplifiers with built-in white noise source include 100W models for 5100-5300MHz. The 100W version features 50dB gain with in-band flatness <1.5dB, with VSWR ≤1.5 and 50Ω impedance. Powered by 28VDC, they adopt RS485 communication for software power adjustment and TTL enable. Operating from -30℃ to +55℃, the compact lightweight modules are widely applied in RF testing and interference simulation.
