6-18GHz 4 channel RX Down Converter
This 6–18GHz 4-channel RF receiver down converter outputs 1875 MHz IF with optional 50 MHz / 100 MHz IF bandwidth, featuring maximum ±1.5 dB in-band flatness. It achieves NF less than 10 dB, 65 dB image rejection and 85 dB IF rejection, with excellent linearity: 0 dBm input P1dB and +10 dBm IP3. Integrated 100 MHz OCXO provides 2 OCXO outputs and 4 independent LO channels, while RF & IF digital attenuators cover 0–31 dB. Equipped with BITE built-in self-test for voltage, current, lock time and coupled IF monitoring. Controlled by RS-422 and 10/100Base-T Ethernet with LED status indicators, powered by +12 VDC, compact size under 25×20×4 cm, ideal for microwave reception, RF testing and radar signal acquisition systems.
