0.8–18GHz Up-converter Module
This is a single-channel miniaturized surface-mount upconverter module adopting two-stage frequency conversion architecture. It up-converts IF signals centered at 1.8GHz with 1GHz bandwidth to RF range of 0.8–18GHz. Two RF output ports are available: low-power port covering 0.01~2GHz and driver port for 0.8–18GHz, equipped with detachable SMP-J connectors. It provides 50dB±1.5dB receive gain and integrated digital attenuators: RF attenuation 0~31dB in 1dB steps, IF attenuation 0~31.5dB in 0.5dB steps, controlled via SPI interface. Manufactured with SMD integration technology, the module measures 58.1mm×20.2mm×7.7mm. It is widely used in wideband RF signal generators, microwave transceivers and EMI simulation systems.
