High Power 200W RF Amplifier with White Noise Source for 700-900MHz
ZDTECH RF power amplifiers with white noise source include 200W models for 700-900MHz . The 200W version offers 53dB gain and flatness <2dB, both with VSWR ≤1.5 and 50Ω impedance. Powered by 28VDC, they adopt RS485 communication for software power adjustment and TTL enable. Operating from -30℃ to +55℃, the compact lightweight modules are widely applied in RF testing and interference simulation.
