200W 2.3-2.5GHz RF Power Amplifier Noise Signal Module

This 2300–2500MHz 200W integrated PA & white noise module has built-in SDR source supporting white noise, comb spectrum, OFDM and LFM with adjustable bandwidth. It equips auto over-temperature/voltage/current protection and RS422 serial control, with 50Ω matched output, compact and lightweight for RF interference simulation and electromagnetic testing.

    This integrated 2300–2500MHz 200W power amplifier and white noise module combines high-power RF amplifier and built-in SDR signal generator. It delivers 200W saturated output power, operates on 24~32VDC with 50Ω output impedance, featuring ±1.5dB in-band gain flatness and outstanding harmonic & spurious suppression.It supports multiple interference modulation waveforms including Gaussian white noise, comb spectrum, OFDM and LFM. Signal bandwidth is switchable among 10/20/50/100/200MHz, and center frequency can be remotely controlled via RS422 serial port.Equipped with comprehensive protection circuits, it realizes automatic shutdown under over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current conditions, with thermal protection triggered at 85℃±5℃. It continuously withstands 3:1 load VSWR, weighs ≤3kg, and adopts N-type RF connector and D-Sub7W2 hybrid control interface. Operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to 55℃, widely applied in EMC testing, RF interference simulation and wireless anti-interference performance verification.
