200W 6-18GHz Wideband RF Power Amplifier Module

This 6–18GHz 200W ultra-wideband microwave power amplifier runs on AC 220V. It delivers over 200W output from 6-17.5GHz with min 53dB gain and supports 0.2μs-DC pulse modulation. Built-in 85℃ over-temperature protection and RS422 remote control with forced air cooling, ideal for microwave testing and interference simulation.

This 6~18GHz 200W ultra-wideband microwave power amplifier module adopts AC 220V power supply with total power consumption ≤2000W. It outputs over 200W at 6-17.5GHz and over 150W at 17.5-18GHz, providing minimum gain of 53dB and ±3.5dB gain flatness, with input VSWR ≤2.0. Typical second harmonic reaches -15dBc, spurious suppression ≤-60dBc under linear operation, and forward coupling is 40±4dB.

It supports pulse modulation from 0.2μs to DC with rise/fall edges below 100ns and PIN switch response ≤100ns, featuring 0.5dB power stability within 24 hours. Equipped with RS422 remote communication for power switching, power adjustment and status feedback, it activates over-temperature protection at 85℃. Adopting forced air cooling, it is fitted with SMA input and WRD500 output interface, sized 380×300×250mm and weighing ≤25kg, widely used in wideband microwave testing, RF interference simulation and radar emulation.
