400W 2-6GHz Wideband Solid-State Power Amplifier
This 2000-6000MHz 400W 6U rack-mount wideband solid-state power amplifier works on AC220V with power consumption ≤3600W. It achieves saturated CW output power ≥400W and linear output power of 200W, with power gain ≥56dB and gain flatness ≤±3dB at full power. It supports 30dB gain adjustment in 0.5dB steps, max input power ≤5dBm and input VSWR ≤2, with harmonic suppression -10dBc at 400W and spurious suppression ≤-60dBc.
It supports real-time current and temperature monitoring, and integrates full protection against overcurrent, overtemperature and high reflection. Remote monitoring and control are realized via LAN port. It adopts N-K RF input and L29-K RF output, standard 19-inch 6U rack chassis with 600mm depth and built-in forced air cooling, weighing ≤30kg and operating at 0℃~40℃. It is widely deployed in RF performance testing, EMC verification and wireless interference simulation laboratory systems.
