100W 0.02-1GHz Solid State RF Power Amplifier Module

This solid state power amplifier works at 20MHz~1GHz with 100W typical saturated output power and 50±2dB gain. It has a maximum VSWR of 1.5:1 and adopts 28-32V DC power supply. Equipped with detection and enable functions, it suits wide-temperature RF applications.

    This is a 0.02–1GHz 100W solid state power amplifier module. It delivers typical saturated output power of 100W, power gain of 50±2dB and maximum gain flatness of ±2dB. With 50Ω impedance, the maximum input and output VSWR is 1.5:1, and the maximum lossless input power is +5dBm. It is powered by 28–32V DC with a maximum operating current of 15A. It adopts SMA-F for RF input and N-F for RF output, while D-Sub 7W2 serves as power and control interface, supporting current detection, temperature detection and LVTTL enable control. The module measures 170×94×26.5mm with a maximum weight of 1000g. Its operating and storage temperature ranges from -30℃ to +65℃, and it works under 5%~95% non-condensing humidity. Designed to cope with altitude, vibration and shock, it is widely used in various RF systems.
