400W X‑band SSPA Pulse Power Amplifier Module
This is ZD-SSPA-400 X-band 400W pulsed solid-state power amplifier, operating at 9.05~9.55GHz, supporting 10~25000μs pulse width and 25% duty cycle. With RF input drive 5±1dBm, saturated output power>56dBm, rise & fall time≤200ns, output power monitoring accuracy<0.5dB, harmonic suppression>35dBc, spurious suppression>65dBc, and on/off ratio<80dB. Equipped with over-temperature alarm, over-voltage/under-voltage/over-current automatic protection, RS422 communication interface, 32V DC power supply, 50Ω input/output impedance, -30~+60℃ operating temperature, weight<6kg, and SMA-K/WR90 RF connectors. It is widely used in radar systems, pulse signal transmission and RF test applications.
