100W 10-13GHz Power Amplifier SSPA Module
This 10-13GHz power amplifier module provides 50dBm (100W) output power and 50dB gain with gain flatness ≤±2dB and spurious signals below -60dBc. It supports CW, pulse and various modulated RF signals, powered by +32V DC with typical efficiency of 30%. Adopting N-female input and WR75 (BJ120) waveguide output, it is built with comprehensive protection circuits and IPX5 waterproof grade. Supporting button and TTL enable control, it works steadily from -40℃ to +55℃, ideal for microwave transmission and RF testing.
