300W 13–15GHz Ku-Band Block Up-converter Module
This 13–15GHz 300W Ku-band BUC block upconverter is engineered for VSAT satellite uplink transmission. It accepts 950–1950MHz IF input with selectable LO frequencies of 12050MHz/13050MHz and LO hopping time ≤100μs, delivering rated RF output power ≥55dBm and small-signal gain ≥65dB.
It supports 20dB total gain adjustment with 0.5dB step, full-band large-signal gain flatness ≤±1.5dB, IMD3 ≤-23dBc, outstanding phase noise & transmit noise density, and input/output VSWR ≤1.5:1.Equipped with auto-switching internal/external 10MHz reference (external input power 0dBm±5dB), it runs on wide-range AC 176–264V with power consumption ≤1500W at full output. Rated IP66 waterproof, it operates reliably at -40℃~+60℃ under 100% relative humidity. Fitted with N-F IF input, WR62 RF output and 19-pin MIL circular connector for Ethernet & RS485 remote control, it measures 330×200×180mm and weighs 14.5kg, widely deployed for fixed satellite uplink stations.
