300W KU Band 13.7-14.8GHz Satellite Communication BUC Module
This 13.7–14.8GHz 300W Ku-band BUC block upconverter is designed for Ku-band VSAT satellite uplink transmission. It supports 950–2050MHz IF input with 1.8GHz IF center frequency and fixed 12750MHz LO, delivering rated RF output power ≥55dBm and small-signal gain ≥65dB.
It provides 20dB total gain adjustment with 0.5dB step, full-band large-signal gain flatness ≤±1.5dB, IMD3 ≤-23dBc at rated power minus 3dB, TX noise density ≤-80dBm/Hz and excellent phase noise performance, with input & output VSWR ≤1.5:1.It supports automatic switching between internal and external 10MHz reference (external input power: 0dBm±5dB), and operates on wide-range AC 176–264V with power consumption ≤1500W at full output. Rated IP66 waterproof, it stably works at -40℃~+60℃ under 100% relative humidity. Equipped with N-F IF input, WR62 RF output and 19-pin MIL circular connector for Ethernet & RS485 remote monitoring, it measures 330×200×180mm and weighs 14.5kg, widely used in fixed Ku-band satellite uplink stations.
