20W RF PA and LNA Integrated Module

The B8 20W electronic fence RF amplifier module is specialized for the 880-960MHz band, integrating PA power amplifier and LNA low noise amplifier. It delivers output power of 43±1dBm with ≥25dB wide gain adjustment range, built-in ALC automatic level control, and low noise figure down to ≤1.8dB. Powered by DC+28V and supporting RS485 remote monitoring, it features compact structure and standard interfaces, ensuring stable performance and strong anti-interference capability. It is widely suitable for electronic fences, private network communication and wireless signal enhancement scenarios.

The B8 20W Electronic Fence RF Amplifier Module integrates transmitting PA and receiving LNA in one unit. It operates at 925–960MHz for TX and 880–915MHz for RX. The module provides 43±1dBm output power, 50±1dB gain, ≥25dB gain adjustment range, ALC, ACPR≤-45dBc, EVM≤5%. The receiver features 25±1dB gain, noise figure≤1.8dB, in-band fluctuation and VSWR≤1.5. Powered by DC+28V with RS485 monitoring, standard RF interfaces, operating at -25~+55℃, it delivers stable performance for electronic fence, wireless communication and signal coverage systems.
