    High efficiency 500W Wideband Power Amplifier Module redefines high-power RF performance with an unprecedented 150-6000MHz operational bandwidth. Leveraging GaN (Gallium Nitride) technology, it delivers ≥57dBm (500W) saturated output power at 45% power-added efficiency, significantly reducing thermal management overhead while maintaining VSWR≤1.5.

    Core technological innovations include:

    1. Intelligent Health Monitoring - Real-time tracking of voltage (±4V tolerance), current (≥60A alarm), temperature (>75°C shutdown), and VSWR (≥3:1 protection) with auto-recovery functionality;

    2. 31dB Digital Step Attenuator - 0.5dB resolution for precision power control;

    3. ±1.0dB Gain Stability - Maintained across military-spec temperature range (-25°C to +65°C).

    The module employs multi-segment frequency optimization (7 customizable sub-bands: 150-600MHz/500-1000MHz/1000-2000MHz etc.) to overcome gain flatness challenges in ultra-wideband amplification. Its 28VDC power input (60A surge tolerance) ensures compatibility with vehicular/avionics power systems.
