200W 1550-1620MHz RF Power Amplifier White Noise Signal Source Module

This 1550-1620MHz 200W integrated PA & white noise module has built-in SDR source to generate adjustable-bandwidth Gaussian white noise interference signals. Equipped with auto over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current protection, it adopts 24~32VDC power supply and 50Ω matched output, lightweight for RF interference simulation and EMC testing.

    This integrated 1550–1620MHz 200W power amplifier and white noise module integrates high-power RF amplifier and built-in SDR signal generator. It delivers 200W saturated output power, supports wide 24~32VDC input voltage with standard 50Ω output impedance, ±1.5dB in-band gain flatness, harmonic suppression ≤-12dBc and spurious suppression ≤-40dBc, with optional N-K female or SMA RF output connectors.It generates interference waveforms including Gaussian white noise with multi-switchable bandwidth. Full protection circuits are integrated to shut down automatically under over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current conditions, with thermal protection activated at 85℃±5℃, and continuous tolerance of 3:1 load VSWR. Weighing ≤3kg, it uses D-Sub7W2 hybrid connector for power and serial control. Operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to 55℃ with maximum 95% non-condensing humidity, widely used for satellite navigation band interference simulation, EMC testing and anti-interference verification of wireless devices.
