200W 1800-1880MHz Power Amplifier and White Noise Module

This 1800-1880MHz 200W integrated PA & white noise module has built-in SDR source supporting Gaussian white noise and other interference waveforms with adjustable bandwidth. It integrates auto over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current protection, works on 24~32VDC with 50Ω matched output, compact and lightweight for mobile communication RF interference simulation and EMC testing.

    This integrated 1800–1880MHz 200W power amplifier and white noise module combines high-power RF amplifier and built-in SDR signal generator. It delivers 200W saturated output power, operates under 24~32VDC with standard 50Ω output impedance, ±1.5dB in-band gain flatness, harmonic suppression ≤-12dBc and spurious suppression ≤-40dBc, with optional N-K female or SMA RF output connectors.

    It generates interference signals including Gaussian white noise with switchable bandwidth options. Equipped with full protection circuits, it monitors over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current conditions and auto-shuts down at 85℃±5℃, and continuously withstands 3:1 load VSWR. Weighing ≤3kg, it adopts D-Sub7W2 hybrid connector for power supply and serial control. Operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to 55℃ with max 95% non-condensing humidity, widely applied in mobile communication EMC testing, RF interference simulation and anti-interference verification of wireless devices.
