300W 868MHz Power Amplifier Module with DDS Signal Source
This 868MHz 300W RF power amplifier module with integrated DDS provides rated 55dBm output power and minimum gain of 50dB. It operates on +28±1VDC with maximum working current ≤50A, input and output VSWR ≤2.0, spurious emissions ≤-50dBc and harmonics ≤-10dBc, and RF switching time ≤50ms.
It adopts SMA-F RF input and N-F RF output. The 9W4 combined connector integrates power supply and RS485 remote control functions. With compact dimensions of 343×320×48mm and a net weight of only 3kg, it is widely applied to LoRa IoT RF performance testing, wireless signal interference simulation and RF teaching experiments.
