1164-1300MHz 15W RF Power Amplifier Module with White Noise Signal Generator
ZDTECH 1164-1300MHz 15W RF power amplifier module integrates with white noise signal source. It outputs Gaussian white noise by default and supports four modulation modes including comb spectrum, OFDM and LFM. It delivers 15W saturated power with ±1.5dB gain flatness and -40dBc spurious rejection. Powered by 24~32V wide-range DC, it adopts RS422 serial port for remote configuration of signal frequency and bandwidth. Equipped with triple protection against over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current, it will auto shut down at 85℃. With 50Ω output impedance, compact 170×94×26.5mm dimension and -30℃~55℃ operating temperature, it is widely used in satellite band RF testing and interference simulation.
