300-3000MHz 100W Wideband Power Amplifier Module

ZD-MPA-731 is a 0.3–3GHz wideband solid-state power amplifier module with ≥100W saturated output power, 50±2dB gain, and 50Ω impedance. It uses SMA input and N-type output, operates at 28–32V with max 10A current, VSWR ≤1.5. Compact and stable, it is ideal for wideband RF transmission and signal amplification systems.

    ZD-MPA-731 is an ultra-wideband solid-state power amplifier module covering 0.3–3GHz, with saturated output power ≥100W, gain 50±2dB, in-band flatness ≤2dB, input/output VSWR ≤1.5:1, and maximum undamaged input +10dBm. It adopts 50Ω impedance design, with SMA female RF input, N-type female RF output, and D-Sub 7W2 for power and control. Operating voltage is 28–32VDC, maximum current 10A, dimensions 170×94×26.5mm, weight ≤1000g. It works at -30℃~+65℃ with humidity 5%~95% non-condensing, suitable for wideband communication, test & measurement, RF drive and signal enhancement applications.
