6-18GHz 100W Ultra-Wideband Solid State Power Amplifier

This is a 6–18GHz 100W ultra-wideband power amplifier module with output power ≥50dBm, typical gain 50dB, and CW operation. It features over-temperature protection, open-circuit protection, RS485 communication, SMA input, N-type output, 28V supply, and copper-nickel structure, suitable for wideband RF and test systems.

    This is an ultra-wideband CW power amplifier module covering 6GHz–18GHz, with saturated output power ≥50dBm (100W), typical gain 50dB, power flatness ±2dB, and input VSWR 1.5:1, featuring excellent harmonic and spurious rejection performance. The module supports +3V enable control, integrates over-temperature protection (shut down at 95℃) and output open-circuit protection, and realizes status monitoring and communication via RS485. It adopts J30J series power and control connector, SMA RF input, N-type RF output, and SMA forward coupling port. Built with T2 red copper body and electroless nickel plating, it has excellent heat dissipation, weight less than 3kg, operating voltage +28V (max 30V), max input +5dBm, power consumption ≤1000W, ideal for wideband RF, electronic warfare, test and measurement applications.
