200W Wideband 0.4-2/2-6GHz Power Amplifier RF Module
This power amplifier module features two frequency bands of 0.4~2GHz and 2~6GHz, delivering CW output up to 53dBm (200W) with minimum 65dB small-signal gain and input VSWR ≤1.5 over full bandwidth. It is powered by 28VDC, configured with SMA RF input, N-type RF output and D-SUB power connector. Equipped with enable pin and overtemperature alarm pin plus built-in protection circuits, it requires external heat sink and applies to RF signal source, wireless test and ECM transmission links.
