B7 20W RF Power Amplifier Module with LNA
In contemporary communication systems and radio equipment, power supply and device monitoring stand as pivotal elements to guarantee the system's steady operation. The 20W RF power amplifier module is meticulously crafted to meet these demands, offering an effective and dependable solution. This module is equipped with a diverse array of interfaces and cutting-edge monitoring features, ensuring precise control over every aspect of the equipment and timely feedback.
The electronic fence power amplifier boasts an exquisite interface design, incorporating RS485A, RS485B, GND, NC, and DC+28V pins, which ensure the stability of the power supply and the reliability of data transmission. Furthermore, the 20W RF power amplifier module is fitted with one SMA-50KFD connector and five MCX connectors, designated for PA_OUT port and PA_IN, LNA_OUT, and LNA_IN respectively, catering to the connection requirements of various devices.
Its monitoring functionality is equally impressive, supporting downstream PA and upstream LNA monitoring, with a baud rate reaching 9600, thereby ensuring high-speed and accurate data transmission.
In terms of monitoring capabilities, the power amplifier module offers comprehensive PA and LNA monitoring functions. Users have the ability to set the module address, enable LNA, adjust ATT, and query the device's working status in real-time, including over-power, over-temperature, VSWR, and ATT. The module also features an alarm system that triggers an over-temperature alarm and automatically shuts down the PA when the temperature exceeds +85ºC, and automatically turns on the PA when the temperature drops to +65ºC. Additionally, it triggers an over-power alarm when the output power surpasses Po+2dB. Moreover, the power module supports high-precision detection of PA reverse power, amplifier temperature, VSWR, and PA forward power, ensuring the operating status of the device remains within a controllable range at all times.
In summary, the electronic fence power amplifier has emerged as an ideal choice for power supply and device monitoring due to its powerful features, reliable performance, sophisticated interface design, comprehensive monitoring functions, and efficient alarm system, ensuring the system's efficient operation and timely maintenance.
