B3 20W Electronic Fence RF Amplifier Module with LNA
The ZDTECH B3 20W electronic fence RF amplifier module is an RF component designed for a specific frequency range with excellent performance and multiple functions. The module contains a transmitting channel (PA) and a receiving channel (LNA), and its operating frequencies are 1805-1880MHz and 1710-1785MHz respectively.
In terms of transmission, the module is able to output up to 43±1dBm power and has a gain of 50±1dB, while the gain adjustment range is ≥25dB and the minimum gain adjustment step is 1dB. In addition, it also supports automatic level control (ALC), a fluctuation range of ≤2.0dB, and an adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) of ≤-45dBc to ensure signal stability and purity.
In terms of reception, the module has a gain of 25±1dB, and also supports a gain adjustment range of ≥25dB and a minimum adjustment step of 1dB. Its noise figure is ≤1.8dB and the maximum input level is 0dBm, which ensures the receiving sensitivity in a weak signal environment. In addition, the module also has excellent out-of-band spurious suppression capability, and the spurious response in the 9kHz~1GHz and 1GHz~12.75GHz frequency bands is ≤-36dBm/30kHz and ≤-30dBm/30KHz respectively.
The operating voltage of the module is ≤3.5A/DC+28V, and the operating temperature range is -25~+55℃, which is suitable for various harsh environments. The RF port adopts MCX-KHD and SMA-KHD interfaces, which are convenient for connection with different devices. At the same time, the module also provides a 5569 connector as a power connector, which has the characteristics of 4.2MM spacing and 2*3PIN bent needle seat.
In order to realize the monitoring of the working status of the module, the module also provides an RS485 monitoring interface, which supports 9600/19200 optional baud rate (default 19200). Its size is 130x110x21mm, which is compact and lightweight, and easy to integrate into various systems.
