20W 5925-7125MHz PLL RF Power Amplifier Module

This 5925-7125MHz 20W integrated PLL power amplifier module delivers saturated output of 45±1dBm, with in-band flatness ≤±2dB and VSWR ≤1.5. It runs on 28VDC with max current ≤1.8A and low out-of-band spurs. Equipped with SMA RF port and compact size, it is suitable for satellite RF testing and signal simulation.

    This 5925-7125MHz 20W integrated PLL power amplifier module integrates a PLL signal generator, with saturated output power of 45±1dBm, in-band gain flatness ≤±2dB and VSWR ≤1.5. It features excellent out-of-band spurious performance: ≤-36dBm/30kHz from 9kHz to 1GHz, and ≤-30dBm/30kHz from 1GHz to 12.75GHz.It is powered by DC 28V with operating current ≤1.8A. It adopts VH3.96-2PIN socket for power supply, XH2.54-2PIN socket for monitoring and standard SMA-KFD RF port. Measuring only 135×45×19mm, it features ultra-compact design. Operating temperature ranges from -10℃ to +55℃, storage temperature from -25℃ to +65℃ with 5%~95% non-condensing humidity, widely used in satellite RF simulation, short-range microwave transmission and RF teaching testing.
