700-1000MHz 200W High Gain Power Amplifier Module

This product is a 200W power amplifier module operating in 700MHz to 1000MHz frequency band with built-in isolator, supporting CW, pulsed signals and various RF modulated signals. It has output P1dB≥53dBm, typical gain 58dB, power flatness ±1.5dB, efficiency≥35%, excellent harmonic and spurious suppression, input VSWR≤1.5, and maximum input power +5dBm without damage. The module features amplifier enable, thermal protection, output open-circuit protection, forward/reverse power detection voltage reporting and RS485 communication. It adopts SMA-50KFD for RF input, N-50KFD for RF output, DA-7W2 for power and control, with operating voltage +28V. The main structure is made of AL6061 aluminum alloy and T2 copper with electroless nickel plating, weight less than 1.5kg, operating temperature -40℃ to +55℃, suitable for wideband communication, test and measurement, RF drive and signal amplification applications.
