Ku-Band 15.5-16.5GHz 20W Power Amplifier Module

This is a Ku-band power amplifier module operating at 15.5GHz to 16.5GHz, mainly used to amplify input signals within the operating frequency band. The module integrates a circulator at the output, with a gain of 46dB±1dB, output power ≥43dBm, spurious suppression ≤-70dBc, and input power of -2dBm±1dB. Powered by 28V±2V with input current ≤3A, the module is equipped with 6V output power, SMA-K RF I/O connectors and J30J-15ZKP power control interface. It is stable and reliable, suitable for satellite communication, RF transmission and signal amplification applications.
