0.4-2.7GHz 100W Ultra Wide-band Power Amplifier Module
This product is an 100W ultra wide-band power amplifier module operating in the 0.4GHz to 2.7GHz frequency band, supporting CW, pulsed signals and various RF modulated signals. It features output power ≥50dBm, typical gain 52dB, power flatness ±2dB, efficiency ≥30%, excellent harmonic and spurious suppression performance, and input VSWR ≤1.5. The module is equipped with over-temperature detection, which triggers an alarm and cuts off the drain power automatically when the temperature exceeds 95℃. It adopts SMA RF input connector, N-type RF output connector, and integrates D-Sub 9-pin male for power and control. The operating voltage is +28V, typical quiescent current is 2.5A. The main structure is made of AL6061 aluminum alloy with chemical plating surface treatment, weight less than 0.7kg, operating temperature -40℃ to +55℃, suitable for wideband communication, test and measurement, RF drive and general signal amplification applications.
