300W 6-18GHz Power Amplifier for Communication System
This is a full solid-state wideband power amplifier, operating at 6–18GHz with 320W CW output power and gain ≥55dB, featuring standard 50Ω input and output impedance. It provides complete over-temperature, over-VSWR and over-drive protection with forced air cooling, adopts 13U standard chassis, supports GPIB/LAN remote control with rich interfaces, high reliability, widely used in wireless communication, medical equipment and EMC test applications.
