300W 20-520MHz Power Amplifier RF Module
This broadband power amplifier module covers 20-520MHz, powered by +32VDC, with typical 300W CW output power, maximum gain up to 58dB and gain flatness within 7dB across full band. Built-in over-temperature and over-current protection circuits, it supports RS485 remote monitoring for real-time data of voltage, current, casing temperature and output RF power. Designed with SMA input and N-type output, it works reliably at -40℃~+55℃ and 5%~95%RH, suitable for ECM, RF transmitting and wireless test systems.
