X Band 9.2-9.8G 256elements Phased Array Antenna

This X-band surface-mount subarray works at 9.2–9.8 GHz. It features a 16×16 array with full protection, temperature monitoring and low-power mode. The 18×18mm module supports wide-angle scanning, with EIRP ≥78 dBm and G/T ≥ –10.8 dB/K.

This surface-mount X-band subarray works at 9.2–9.8 GHz, supporting single-beam TDD transceiver in pulse mode with 20% max duty cycle and 20µs pulse width. The 16×16 array enables independent phase/attenuation control and single-channel switching. It offers complete protection, real-time temperature monitoring, and low-power mode. With 18×18mm size and vertical polarization, it supports ±45° azimuth and ±40° elevation scanning, with EIRP ≥78 dBm and G/T ≥ –10.8 dB/K.
