Ka-band 27.5-30GHz 256 Elements Phased Array Antenna Tx Subarray
This Ka-band 256-element 2D expandable phased array antenna includes two types of subarrays for transmission and reception, which is a high-performance antenna product suitable for radio frequency communication scenarios such as satellite communication. The transmitting subarray operates at 27.5~30GHz, and the receiving subarray at 17.5~21.2GHz, both supporting ±60° 2D scanning. The beams can realize switchable full polarization of circular and linear polarization with independent beam control. Both subarrays feature infinite 2D expandability and can be flexibly spliced to form large arrays, adapting to application requirements of different scales.
The transmitting subarray has an EIRP of ≥67dBm in the normal direction, and the receiving subarray has a G/T of ≥3.11dB/K in the normal direction. The scanning loss and axial ratio are both controlled at low thresholds with the increase of off-axis angle, achieving excellent radio frequency performance. The transmitting subarray is powered by 12V with power consumption ≤130W and dimensions of 73.6mm73.6mm30mm; the receiving subarray is powered by 28V with power consumption ≤34W and dimensions of 118.4mm118.4mm20mm. Both can work stably in a wide temperature range of -40℃~+70℃, with the same temperature range for storage and working environments. It has strong environmental adaptability and can meet various harsh outdoor and industrial application scenarios.
