B5 Band 40W Integrated PA LNA Amplifier Module
ZDTECH B5 band 40W integrated power amplifier integrates PA and LNA channels, with transmitting frequency of 869-894MHz and receiving frequency of 824-849MHz. Both channels support over 20dB gain adjustment at 1dB step, and the PA channel is equipped with ALC function. It features excellent in-band fluctuation, VSWR and spurious performance. Powered by 28V DC and fitted with RS485 monitoring interface, the module works steadily in the temperature range from -25℃ to +55℃.
