B8 Band 40W Integrated PA LNA TDD Amplifier Module
ZDTECH B8 band 40W integrated power amplifier integrates PA and LNA channels, with transmitting frequency of 925-960MHz and receiving frequency of 880-915MHz. Both channels support over 20dB gain adjustment with 1dB step, and the PA channel is built with ALC function. It delivers excellent performance on in-band fluctuation, VSWR and spurious emissions. Powered by 28V DC and equipped with RS485 monitoring port, the module operates reliably within -25℃ to +55℃.
