B40 Band 40W Integrated PA LNA TDD Amplifier Module

This B40 band 40W integrated amplifier works at 2300-2400MHz for both transmit and receive. It offers over 20dB gain adjustment with 1dB step and built-in ALC. Powered by 28V DC and equipped with RS485 monitoring, it runs stably from -25℃ to +55℃.

    This B40 band 40W integrated power amplifier integrates PA and LNA channels operating at 2300-2400MHz. Both channels support over 20dB gain adjustment with 1dB step, and the PA channel is equipped with ALC function. It features excellent in-band fluctuation, VSWR and spurious performance, with the LNA noise figure ≤3.8dB. Powered by 28V DC, it adopts RS485 monitoring and level control for channel switching, and works reliably from -25℃ to +55℃.
