B1 40W Integrated Power Amplifier PA LNA TDD Module
The ZDTECH B1 40W Integrated Power Amplifier Module is an all-in-one RF transceiver component that integrates a transmitting power amplifier (PA) channel and a receiving low noise amplifier (LNA) channel. The PA channel operates at 2110–2170MHz with an output power of 46±1dBm and a gain of 52±1dB. The LNA channel covers 1920–1980MHz, delivering an output power of -10±1dBm and a gain of 25±1dB. Both channels support a gain adjustment range of no less than 20dB with a 1dB tuning step, and the in-band fluctuation is limited within 2.0dB.
Equipped with an automatic level control (ALC) function over 10dB, the transmitting channel features an error vector magnitude (EVM) lower than 8%. The receiving channel achieves a noise figure of ≤1.8dB for superior signal reception. The module has a maximum VSWR of 1.5 for reliable impedance matching. Its out-of-band spurious emissions meet strict standards: ≤-36dBm/30kHz from 9kHz to 1GHz and ≤-30dBm/30kHz from 1GHz to 12.75GHz.
Powered by 28V DC, this RF module has a maximum operating current of 6.5A and works stably within the temperature range of -25℃ to +55℃. It adopts MCX-KHD connectors for PA input, LNA input and LNA output, and a SMA-KHD connector for PA output. A built-in RS485 monitoring interface with a baud rate of 9600 enables remote real-time status monitoring. With compact dimensions of 130×110×21mm, this integrated amplifier is easy to install and ideal for mobile communication, wireless RF transmission and other related systems.
